Open 7 days from 8.30pm to 6pm. No late nights!
We are Down The Hatch, an authentic Canadian diner focusing on diner style food with a fresh locally sourced twist, big flavours, huge portions and all things Canadian! We focus on huge portions, dirty burgers, loaded fries, wings to mention a few!
Starting pay is from £11.50ph plus an equal share of tips with 100% of the tips going to the team. Pay is bi-weekly.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the Head Chef in a hands on capacity.
- Maintain & enhance Food Standards on a daily basis.
- Ensure excellent standards including compliance with all HACCP responsibilities.
- Be part of the team creating our daily specials and menu development.
