Salary: PLUS benefits and up to 10% Annual Bonus
Working Hours: Full
time 45 hours per week over 5 days
What You'll Be Doing
As a Slim Chickens Brand Manager reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage you will lead your Team to always be Guest obsessed, meet goals and follow standard operating and 'brand' procedures ensuring that every Guest & Owner on our park has a great time with memories that last a lifetime.
- Deal with any employee relations issues
- Support team through their 90 day induction including completion of mandatory safe and secure training
- Take ownership of shift and service delivery ensuring all team are Guest obsessed
- Maintain brand standards following company procedures
- Deliver our performance targets against budget, managing stock, margin and cost control whilst ensuring exceptional customer service
What We Would Like You To Bring
You may already be a Manager of a branded restaurant or takeaway franchise. Or perhaps you're a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager looking for that next step in your F&B career. Either way you'll be passionate about developing and mentoring individuals to meet their full potential.
- Experience leading large teams within a Food & Beverage environment
- Have had previous experience working with financial budgets
- Have previously managed a profit centre with both revenue and expenses
