La Crème specialises in the creation of bespoke cakes, desserts and afternoon tea products to the restaurants, hotels, stadia and Royal Palaces across the UK. La Crème Patisserie is run by award winning patissier Sian Hindle. This is a family-run business, established for over Sixteen years. Following our expansion into a larger manufacturing site in Cwmbran in November 2018 we are now looking to expand our business and grow our team.
The main purpose of the roles will be to carry out industrial and high volume cake/dessert production and preparation tasks as directed by the Team Leader. These roles will encompass all general kitchen duties, baking and cake decorating. Full training is provided and this is an ideal platform for someone who wishes to pursue a career as a Patisserie Chef.

Desirable
- Food hygiene Level 2
- Patisserie or catering training
- Training or experience in general baking and finishing cakes/ food manufacturing/kitchen assistant, etc.
