Job Description
Key duties will include:
-Ensuring high levels of customer service across cafe
- cooking great quality of food
- Managing stock levels of food & drinks
- Managing a team
- Daily cashing up & managing of float and operating till system
- Staff recruitment & training for any new additions to the team
- Taking and delivering customer orders within the cafe
- Opening and closing down the cafe. Ensuring all staff have completed daily checks and areas are set up correctly.
- Food and beverage co-ordination, making sure the food & drinks quality is great
- Serving of alcohol and complying with ID checks
- Ensuring health & safety and hygiene guidelines are adhered to at all times
- Maintaining cafe records and check-lists
- Assisting with stock rotation, replenishment and deliveries
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations, and health and safety regulations
- Coordinating with Owner on venue maintenance
* An applicant must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour
