Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Document Administrator to join their team. This role requires the individual to support this project and records management systems in line with company and station procedures.
The individual will need to have good time management and communication skills. Primarily, this role is to support the Programme team, and the team member needs to operate within priorities, objectives, and areas established by the team leader.
This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week on site.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Positive can-do attitude and willing to learn new IT systems and processes.
The client would also like to see some of the below, but this is not essential:
- Client facing experience.
- Previous experience with NNB’s document management system.
