We have a new opportunity within our Transfer Agency Oversight Team; you will assist the Associate Director and other team members of the Transfer Agency Team in the management of ongoing oversight of third party administrators and deliverables within the Waystone Management (UK) Company. This role will involve ensuring the integrity and regulatory compliance of the services provided across the managed funds, ensuring the service provided adheres to COLL and CASS regulations and that the services are provided and completed on a timely basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain close relationship with outsourced Transfer Agency provider.
- Review daily dealing logs to identify trends or dealing exceptions.
- Review and escalation of CASS Reconciliations items.
- Monitoring of dealing notifications to Depositary and Fund Managers.
- Maintain relationship and communications with Depository and Fund Managers.
- Platform, Nominee and Adviser liaison and support.
- Assist in the production and submission of regulatory reporting.
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and to be proactive in research of the regulatory environment.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding time management, organizational skills, oral/written communication skills, critical thinking and attention to detail.
Experience/knowledge of Transfer Agency is an advantage, but not required.
