We continue to push the boundaries to ensure that all areas of the business are fully supported. We are a team that support, create, develop, improve and are proud to be a key area responsible for the Network Infrastructure at Santander UK. Your primary role will be to support the day to Network operational requirements of the Santander Network.
You will complement existing Team members working between Project and BAU workloads supporting Traditional, Private and Public Cloud Networks.

What you’ll bring.
- Operational background supporting large enterprise in financial sector.
- CCIE or equivalent Industry recognised qualification in Routing & Switching.
- Solid understanding of Network operating systems to include IOS, EOS, CatOS, NX OS, VXLAN.
- Solid experience supporting BIGIQ, LTM, GTM & Nokia QIP.
- Sound understanding of Network troubleshooting methods and extensive experience in evaluating Wireshark traces and TCP dumps.
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Experience using Cisco ACI Multi-Pod & Muti Site Orchestration.
- Good understanding of Checkpoint Firewalls & NSX Micro segmentation.
- Previous experience in digitalising Networking platforms.
- Public Cloud background supporting AWS and Azure.
What else you need to know.
A hybrid of network technology operating systems supporting high throughput workloads across the organisation and to our customers 24/7 365.
Out of standard hours working will also be required to support change as well as contributing towards the BAU On Call support rota.
Hybrid working available, time in the office to be agreed with your line manager.
