About the Job
The main purpose of the role:
The primary purpose of this role is to create and design unique and engaging websites, web pages, and web components for our group businesses. In addition, this role is responsible for the transformation and continuous development of the group websites creating a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:

Design the visuals, graphics, and functionality of websites to reach maximum usability.

Use an understanding of user interface and user experience to create websites.

Use A/B testing to carry out ongoing improvement of website performance and usability.

Create responsive websites for mobile devices in accordance with W3C web standards.

Application of in-depth knowledge of website performance, accessibility, best practice, and SEO.

Use of Adobe suite and basic coding to create and maintain scripts.

Use knowledge of hosting methods to identify requirements for and create subdomains, backup websites etc.

Review HTML, CSS and PHP code, identify variables and de-bug/ suggest improvements.

Keep abreast of changing technology and standards.

Undertake competitor research, analyze competitor actions and implement changes to own websites.

Ensure the resilience of website builds.

Use an understanding of return on investment statistics to measure effort vs return.

Lead website projects and initiatives, partnering with our marketing team and heads of departments to deliver seamless end results.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years experience of WordPress.
-
Experience in WooCommerce.

Experience in Middleware, Zapier, EPR, and CRM integration.
Competencies:

Technical: the ability to apply technical knowledge and understanding of Web Design.

Implementation: the ability to create, and implement websites for the Group.

Prioritization: ability to prioritize tasks aligned with business requirements.
