This could be the perfect time for you to join us in our Criminal Justice Department as a Fixed Penalty Unit (FPU) Support Services Administrator.
The Fixed Penalty Unit process the Penalty Notices issued in respect of disorder and motoring offences and administer offences detected by safety cameras throughout the force area.
What will I be doing?
Working as part of a team you will undertake a range of administration and casework duties within the unit to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided. This will include accurately updating computer records, dealing with telephone enquiries in the main from the public and responding to correspondence received into the unit.

You will also be required to interrogate a range of force systems to obtain accurate information required to process offences accurately and timely in preparation for court trials.
What do I need?
- Ability to work as part of a team to deliver standards as set out by objectives of the department.
- Both written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide documentation in correct digital format.
- Ability to interrogate systems and update records efficiently and effectively
