In our London office, we have a team of friendly, talented and motivated legal professionals providing dedicated care to our international HNW individuals & UK Corporate Clients.
You will be joining a diverse, intelligent, friendly and successful team where we enjoy learning and discussing the latest legislation changes, political trends, cases and working together to achieve the best for our clients.
We currently have 1 full time Legal Associate opening for an experienced UK Immigration professional to join our existing team. We also have 1 full time internship opening for a recent graduate who is determined to practise Immigration Law as a career and wishes to work and learn from the best.
This is a full-time position, main responsibilities are:
- Research on the Immigration policies and interpretations
- Under supervision, manage in country FLR and ILR applications under Global Business Mobility, Tier 1 Investor, Entrepreneur, Skilled Worker; Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence, Family Member, British Citizenship and other UK Inbound immigration applications
- Keep up to date with the UK Immigration Rules and Policy changes, prepare application bundles according to the latest Immigration Law
- Provide ultra professional service to the firm's corporate and private clients on a wide range of UK immigration inquiries
- Advise on immigration issues and communicate with potential clients
- Assist the team and the company director, where needed, with general running and growth of the highly successful professional-service firm
Skills we look for:
- Previous work experience and case management in UK Immigration Law highly desirable
- A passion to develop a successful career in practising Immigration Law
- Ability to develop a professional and positive relationship with colleagues and clients
- Extremely detail-oriented and sets high standards
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure
- Handle clients’ queries in a professional and timely manner
- Self-starter, Solution oriented
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (preferred), excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong academic track record, background in law is preferred but not necessary
