The Responsibilities

Assisting in the smooth running of the department as instructed with diligence, discipline and trust.
Ensuring all measures are put in place and followed to minimise theft as instructed.
Delivering results as instructed.
Identifying and reporting all issues relating to stock or the team quickly and efficiently.
Dealing with all colleagues & customers in a knowledgeable, respectful and attentive fashion. Supporting other areas of the business when required.
Identifying opportunities to improve sales with good value, high quality, consistent and unique products.
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues in your department.
Identify and report Health & Safety issues.
Looking after Company Property including, but not limited to, machinery, equipment, retail stock and non-retail items for colleague use
Empowering and developing yourself to your full potential with initiative and training
Keeping the Manager, Assistant and Supervisors informed of all relevant issues.

Salary: Up to £10.00 per hour
