Farm Shop Assistant

The Responsibilities

• Assisting in the smooth running of the department as instructed with diligence, discipline and trust.
• Ensuring all measures are put in place and followed to minimise theft as instructed.
• Delivering results as instructed.
• Identifying and reporting all issues relating to stock or the team quickly and efficiently.
• Dealing with all colleagues & customers in a knowledgeable, respectful and attentive fashion. Supporting other areas of the business when required.
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales with good value, high quality, consistent and unique products.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues in your department.
• Identify and report Health & Safety issues.
• Looking after Company Property including, but not limited to, machinery, equipment, retail stock and non-retail items for colleague use
• Empowering and developing yourself to your full potential with initiative and training
• Keeping the Manager, Assistant and Supervisors informed of all relevant issues.
