Overview

  • SharkNinja are looking for an HR Admininstrator to help deliver quality Human Resources services to all areas of the business as part of a dynamic People & Culture team. Working under the instruction of the Senior HR Business Partner you will be providing HR administrative support in a busy office environment. As part of this role you will be confident, competent and have a flexible approach, work as part of a team but also be self-motivated and use your own initiative. The environment requires someone who can deal with several issues simultaneously with a high level of task management and be comfortable within a challenging work and high pressure environment.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES)


  • Coordination and facilitation of the onboarding process for new hires in UK
  • Entering new starters onto company systems
  • Coordination and facilitation of the offboarding process for leavers in UK
  • Scheduling Exit Interviews
  • Good organization skills with experience of setting up inductions and liaising with internal line managers regarding their new hires
  • Preparing employment offers / contracts
  • Creating contractual changes letters
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
  • Updating organizational org charts
  • Providing administrative and organization support for HR management team
  • Organising 3 / 6 months probationary meetings with managers and employees
  • Managing PAL (peer assisted learning) programme. Communicating weekly content to employees and PAL
  • Initiating background checks and following up on any discrepancies with the new hire
  • Audit personnel files in line with GDPR requirements
  • Managing diary of VP People & Culture UK, EU

  • Ability to accurately follow instructions
