These services include development (to integration), support, training, and CRM quick start projects. Most services are delivered remotely from OL3 and this role would not require any on site work. CRMKnowledge have an exciting new opportunity for a Software Developer with CRM Knowledge, a business software services provider based in Saddleworth.
Job Description:
This role will take on technical configuration, customisation and app development duties for new and existing customers. You will work under the guidance of our Solution Architect and Technical Services Lead and will also work with our offshore team of developers.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Installation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service and Marketing)
- Configuration of these services.
- Customisation of these modules using Dataverse features and functions.
- Development and maintenance of workflow and Power Automate processes.
- Development of JavaScript libraries and functions.
Qualifications:
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
Skills Required:
- Programming development ideally C# and JavaScript.
- User level with Office 365 – specifically Outlook, Teams and Excel.
- User level skills with Windows 10/11.
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing and in particular Azure.
- Good understanding of relational database technologies.
Personal qualities:
- Good logic and ability to analyse business processes.
- Ability to focus and deliver results efficiently.
- Good team working.
- Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new technologies.

- Conduct a range of test types.
- Build scripts in line with work instructions for deployment into the relevant environment.
- Design simple software solutions to meet your requirements using tools and techniques.
