Looking a career with job satisfaction you'd struggle to find anywhere else? Look no further as we have some great opportunities to join our support teams in across West Dunbartonshire.
Our teams are expanding and we have various contracts available up to 30 hours and are also looking to expand our relief team too, so if you're looking for more flexibility our relief contracts might be just up your street!
We recruit on values and transferrable skills, so you don't need experience or qualifications to start your career with us. We have our own Training Academy that'll give you all the skills you'll need, including the opportunity to complete your fully funded SVQ qualification!
The Role
With a focus on maintaining and promoting independence, you will work in a person-centred way to provide support in all aspects of daily living, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication and managing personal finances. You’ll be enthusiastic and take an active interest in their hobbies which may include karaoke, arts and crafts, live music, going for walks and to the shops along with many more activities. We'll be looking to you to help identify new opportunities for participation and inclusion for the people we support.
As a few of the people we support have their own mobility cars it would be great if you have a manual UK driving licence with at least one year experience but this isn’t a deal breaker!!
