Core Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and analyze field research (stakeholder & user interviews), articulate user needs, observations, and existing workflows/documentation

Synthesize data and translate observations and insights into ground-breaking ideas for new, innovative solutions

Partner with the Product Manager to define the strategy for services and systems

Take strategy through to execution with a human-centered approach, collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful impact

Develop innovative experiences that help our employees and partners

Craft and articulate compelling stories through the power of visualization

Build and maintain service blueprints or similar maps to visualize complex ecosystems of software, processes, and users
Play your part in our team succeeding
The Senior Service Designer is responsible for designing and improving colleague and partner experiences across the Model Production processes and touchpoints.
This role will be an individual contributor embedded with the Model Production IT team and will be a strategic partner to the Product Manager.
They will plan, coordinate and lead primary and secondary research to create an experience strategy, concrete insights, and design initiatives for modernizing our systems and processes in Model Production.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in UX, HCI or related field (Masters preferred)

Good Experience working on complex systems

demonstrated ability doing user experience design, service design, UX research

Proven experience with working in an Agile team with developers
Advanced CZECH & ENGLISH both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
