BAK Ltd are currently recruiting for an energetic sales assistant to join the team at O2 Seaham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest O2 Franchisees in the UK, working with like-minded individuals to progress both the company customer base and your own sales skills. Role Expectations:
· Promote and sell a wide range of products and services to both business and consumer customers.
· Achieve company and individual targets consistently to assist with the growth and profitability of the store.
· Be passionate about O2 and the products we sell ensuring product/market place knowledge is up to date.
· Be a confident communicator with a variety of customers, delivering exceptional customer service.
· Have a strong product knowledge and be able to provide recommendation on products and services that match their requirements.
· Actively identify opportunities to promote new and exciting products to customers.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have at least 6 months previous sales experience or experience of working towards targets.
· Be ambitious and desire progression and development in their role.
· Have experience of working in a customer facing role.
· Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
· A great communicator with confidence in their own skills and knowledge.
· Be able to build rapport with both customers and colleagues.
· Hold a genuine interest in the latest technology, software and gadgets.
· Self-motivated and driven with a determination to succeed.
