Job description:
Are you a creative, travel passionate with a keen eye for design and photography? If so, you should take a look at this opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Assistant position. This is your chance to start your career within the exciting world of luxury hotels.
Within this role, you will work closely with the Senior Content & Digital Media Editor to create engaging and readable content content across our social media platforms. From daily Instagram posts and stories, to Reels and Tik Toks, we want you to inspire our followers to connect with the brand and our members. The perfect candidate will also be supporting the General Manager on his communication with new and existing clients, as well as identifying new and relevant leads.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Support the marketing team in developing rich and engaging content daily, across multiple social media platforms and channels.
- Creating new and exciting Instagram reels and Tik Toks, to help promote our members of the HIP Hotels collection
- Help market the brand when releasing our weekly articles, monthly newsletters and bi-monthly digital magazines. As well as our yearly book publications.
- Proofreading our weekly articles, monthly newsletters and bi-monthly issues of the digital magazine
- Work closely with the General Manager, engaging with current and potential clients to join our collection
Experience and Skills:
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Fluent in English - written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Social Media management (2 years minimum preferred)
- A passion in creating travel-related and interior design-related content
- Proactive with a high attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop & PremierPro
- Excellent proofreading skills
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.18 per hour
