Job Description
The role of E-Commerce and Social Media Assistant is a varied role, requiring a multitude of skills to be successful in it. Alongside the web manager, you will be responsible for making sure every product goes live on time and with as much detail as we can to ensure the customer is always 100% sure of what they are getting.
The role will also involve planning and preparing mass emails to customers, as well as social media posts to ensure we can stay connected to our customers and make sure they are always aware of any new products and our best deals. Usually this will require some photoshop work to either create and/or edit banners for our posts.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all products that go out on the website, i.e. Images, prices, codes etc.
- Communicating with reps to ensure all assets are obtained with enough time to list them by launch.
- Resizing and Creating both product images and banners
- Support the Web Manager in creating emails and social media posts
- Planning and Organising for Key launch dates
About You
- Good IT Skills are required. A basic Photoshop ability is also beneficial.
- Have a proactive mindset
- Excellent organization and planning abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen Eye for detail
- Thrive when working to deadlines
- Will to learn and solve problems is essential
- E-Commerce Experience is beneficial but not essential
- Golf Knowledge is beneficial but not essential
