Junior Product Manager - £42K - London
Handle is working with an independent International T.V and programming distributor to find a self-starting Junior Product Manager to help support the Product Landscape of enterprise systems that enable the growing content distribution and licensing of the business.
This is a cross-functional role working across all departments supporting digital transformation projects, system improvements, and monitoring core functionality. Reporting to the Product Manager, it is a brilliant opportunity to gain visibility of and learn about all areas of the television distribution business, and get involved in a variety of change projects.

Responsibilities will include:
- Support the Product Manager with general administration of core systems, users, developing and maintaining system documentation, and contributing to on-going systems projects
- Triage requests from the business for core system bugs, data cleanse projects, support, and feature requests across integration projects, capturing next actions and requirements in the Backlog and bug trackers
- Monitor Data error reports and coordinate with business to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Cleanse a variety of key business datasets, undertake data gap analysis, troubleshoot and merge data across multiple systems to ensure data quality
- Provide training and user engagement initiatives
- Work with departments to document processes and document data requirements across the product landscape
- Collaborate with embedded system owners
- Manage and respond to system related queries from all departments to facilitate existing business processes
You will need:
- Experience in a similar data administration or application support role
- Experience of cleansing and consolidating data for import and reporting
- Highly organised and exceptional eye for detail
- Excellent Excel skills, comfortable with managing large datasets and using lookup functions
- Good written communication, especially for writing specifications, guides and technical documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all stakeholders
- Displays strong initiative, problem solving and resourcefulness
- Ability to work independently
Nice to haves:
- Experience in media rights, distribution and/or content making environment
- Experience with Rights Management Software and the Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Some understanding of structured data across editorial, commercial, financial and legal contexts
- Understanding of relational databases, and an aptitude for learning new systems
