PLEASE NOTE - You MUST be ready to start as packages become available. £15 per hour for the right candidate! This post requires some experience within COMPLEX care. We provide assistance to Adults and Children with tracheostomies, PEGs, ventilators, unmanaged complex conditions.
We are a provider of excellent home care within Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire. Our company seeks experienced professionals to join our growing team of Complex Home Care providers. The care worker will be responsible for providing a range of healthcare to service users, including administering medications and assisting with hygiene-related tasks. A Healthcare Assistant works with a team of healthcare professionals in order to provide high level services to service users, and the successful candidate will have a desire to help others, enjoy working with the public and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer medication and treatments.
- Provide personal care.
- Follow detailed support plans and risk assessments.
- Manage complex conditions safely and PEGs, Tracheostomies, VNS, Ventilators etc.
- Work alongside team leaders as required.
- Communicate with health and social care professionals.
- Assist in rehabilitation programs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience in Home and/or Residential care, and ideally will have worked with PEGs, Tracheostomies & Home Ventilation before.
