Job Description
Firstly, thank you for all applications on our previous job advert, that position has now been filled.
As our brand expands locally we are able to offer another exciting opportunity to join the ‘2020, 2021 and 2022 Good Food Award Winners’, Rooster Shack.
We are now looking for another full-time candidate who has a customer service background as well as some experience of working in a kitchen. You will be working a minimum of 30 hours per week, weekend availability is compulsory.
Shifts will vary and will consist of 9 hour days or less between the hours of 10:00 - 22:00, so being flexible is imperative. The most important part of this job role is working on your own initiative so key examples will be needed if interviewed. Managers and supervisors are of course there to guide and assist but showing this quality in the early weeks/months will be the key to passing your probationary period.
Opportunities for overtime and holiday cover will also be available regularly. Your main role will be assisting your colleagues in providing an excellent customer service and a great product. Duties will consist of prepping food, cooking and importantly lots of cleaning. Although full training will be given, some experience is desired and those candidates will get preference.
After a successful 3 months, your wages will increase but this is based on performance and KPI's.
If you do not hear back from us within 10 working days then please consider your application unsuccessful.
