We are recruiting a full time Leisure Assistant within our Health Club.
Working 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (shifts).
You will need to be flexible with the shift times that you can work,
also, weekend and bank holiday working is required for this role.
Overview of the role
To actively co-ordinate guest/member requests within the Leisure Club, ensuring that all customers receive a high standard of Customer Care and service.
What we are looking for
An individual with excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate well at all levels.
Previous hotel health club experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
A self-motivated and hardworking individual, with initiative, who is a team player.
A Lifeguard qualification would be beneficial.
Hospitality & Service
To provide a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and members.
Ensure that all pool and Leisure Club furniture is kept clean and tidy, and cushions secure.
Perform fitness assessments as required (once trained) to Company procedures.
To offer a Fitness Programme for all new members, highlighting correct use of equipment and continue to monitor.
To act as a Salesperson, promoting the image of the Hotel at all times.
To maintain a smart and tidy appearance at all times, and to comply with uniform requirements.
Report and hand over any lost property.
