In this role you will be leading on the quality assurance activity within the Children’s Service, you will work positively with the team, monitoring the quality of the work by undertaking audits, analysing themes and trends, identify action and implement wider learning opportunities. You will also lead on our service development work and readiness for inspection. We have strong services working with our partner agencies supporting children through early help or statutory social care processes with a systemic model of practice. This is your opportunity to make further impact to improve the outcomes for children and young people to be even better.
If you have recent experience of analysing performance and be able to demonstrate would good practice looks like we would welcome your application. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, remain curious while being empathetic and be able to analyse findings to provide detailed concise reports. A recognised Social Care Qualification is essential. You will need to have experience working as a social worker or manager in children’s services.
