Job Description

New Flagship Site London, Camden Opening July 2023

Role – Duty Manager

Salary – 31K (plus bonus)

Hours – 45 per week

Location- Camden

Start Date – From May 2023

Shift Patterns – Latest finish will be 2am (Thursday – Saturday)



We are looking for a Duty Manager to join an exciting, fast-growing hospitality brand located in the cultural hotspot, Camden. Our Duty Manager will learn aspects of both Front of House and Bar, to develop into a department manager.


Duty Manager Responsibilities

  • Opening & closing venue as required (Key holder)
  • Day to day shift management e.g. team, H&S, guest enquiries, team rota
  • Stock management and ordering
  • Develop the team to set great service standards in every part of the guest experience
  • Be on hand to resolve any problems and going the extra mile to solve them
  • Partake in training to develop into a department manager, such as Front of House Manager or Bar Manager
