The People Planning Officer supports the People Leadership Team primarily in the creation and ongoing management of the people strategy and people plan. You will lead on the storytelling and communication of the people strategy and people initiatives to various stakeholders across the business. You will hold leaders to account and ensure were on track, and we are managing time, effort, and resources in the most effective ways.

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for creating and managing a central view of all people team projects and business as usual work. You will maintain this portfolio view and highlight any potential risks, overlaps and opportunities to the People Leadership Team as appropriate.

Collation of people team communications for key business channels (ops update and franchisee news)

Responsible for organising and planning of People P team and PST meetings (strategic franchisee meetings), leveraging Workplace by Meta as an engagement tool to support with this.

Create presentation slides, planning documentation, pre-reads, Q&A documents and script writing for a number of key planning processes and meetings including the strategic market planning process, global planning, and key franchisee meetings and calls.

Responsible for organising and leading People Leadership monthly meetings including logistics, agendas, presentation slides, meeting room preparation and minutes. You will take note of meetings, actions and ensure partners are on track.

Responsible for supporting the Chief People Officer with global documents - QBR to global, sharing market best practice for international people calls, regular market updates, creating visitor and welcome packs, and adhoc documents as required.

Responsible for building monthly people exec pre-reads, managing the People Team UK mailbox and people team distribution list including issuing all people team invites and keeping the distribution list up to date.

Organisation of the People Leadership Teams channel, sharing documents and driving forward collaboration as well as keeping track of actions.

Responsible for planning and organisation of people team calls and meetings including venue search, agendas, invites and tracking responses, presentation slides, logistics of the events, gifts and budget control, both for in person and virtual meetings.
