You will manage the delivery of D2C business projects such as introduction of preference centre or customer competitions whilst ensuring a focus on customer experience and commercial performance at all times.
Execute daily system operations to ensure customer & commercial success, while contributing to project requirements where required, and site optimisation identification and feedback with our third party providers.
Support the Customer Service third party with queries by managing Customer Reviews for the website, ensuring key elements are fed back into the business.
You will also, support with the set up & monitoring of price changes and promotions across all D2C systems (inc. Website, OMS), ensuring product data is complete, accurate & aligned across all D2C systems.
Manage the flow and processing of customer and commercial data (inc. GDPR) while supporting the operation of third-party systems (CRM, Reviews, etc), dashboard and reporting productions and maintenance.
