Within your CV and personal statement please demonstrate your knowledge and experience of:

Working in a customer service environment, including face to face, telephone and written communication.

Dealing with internal and external customers at a variety of levels.

Use of Microsoft packages, in particular Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Your personal statement will be limited to a maximum of 750 words.
The sift is due to take place on 21st & 22nd February 2023.
Interviews/assessments are likely to be held w/c 6th March 2023.
This interview will be conducted via face to face at one of our offices. Further details will be provided to you should you be selected for interview.
