You’ll be providing HR administrative support across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from attraction and selection to wishing employees farewell and all stages in between such as engagement, performance, reward and recognition.
Who we are looking for Enjoying working within a team environment you’ll be collaborative and a great communicator, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, effectively building and maintaining relationships across the business as well as with external partners. With excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills you’ll have a strong attention to detail, taking ownership for key objectives. Dealing with sensitive issues, you’ll act with diplomacy, always maintaining strict confidentiality. You’ll be approachable and dependable with the ability to listen attentively and keep your promises. You’ll have a desire to look for opportunities and new initiatives, embracing continuous learning and celebrating successes.
What you will get in return Working 37.5 hours per week between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, you’ll receive an annual salary between £24,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience. You will join us supported with a robust induction and training plan. We are located in an idyllic rural setting on the outskirts of Nottingham in Langar, so it is very likely that you will find any commute is going against the rush hour traffic!
