Our HCA’s work within a hospital setting. Your role will include providing and receiving handovers, performing 1:1 observation in the wards, note taking, supporting patients with their every need, personal hygiene and liaising with nurses and doctors and relatives on the ward.
We would expect you to provide a high standard care to residents and be a role model for the company.
Your role will also include working with:

Minimum Requirements for the Role
- 6-12 months of UK Nursing Home experience
- Mandatory training to include BLS and Moving & Handling.
- Care Certificate (desirable)
- NVQ in Health and Social Care
