Operations Manager (Hotel GM)
Holbrook Manor is a Georgian country house and health club set in 20 acres of lawned gardens and ancient woodlands on the borders of Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire.
Going through exciting renovations this year to become a new hotel, we are looking for a strong operator to help us launch the new hotel and F&B operations in October as well as having a dotted line to our new health club with café and function room. This is a key role in our structure and has the opportunity to grow into a GM role
As Operations Manager you will ensure an effective operation by delivering exceptional customer service and leadership.
To be successful in this role you must have proven experience as an Operations Manager, strong F&B and a real passion for Hotels and hospitality.
You will be responsible for the entire operation including Food and Beverage, Rooms and Guest Experience. Your role is to enforce standards and guarantee a consistently high-quality guest experience.

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
