We are seeking to employ a Primary Care Staff Nurse to work within our developing Community Treatment and Care Service in North Health and Social Care Partnership working as part of an integrated nursing team model and wider General Practice multidisciplinary team.
You will be responsible and accountable for the assessment and delivery of quality person centred nursing care and defined nursing interventions, primarily in a Community and Treatment Room Setting, to a cluster population and the wider locality.
Experience is not essential as learning required to fulfil the responsibilities of the post is supported by Ayrshire Graduate Nurse development programme.
We welcome applicants who are both Newly Qualified and Nurse Registrants interested in a career in Primary/Community Care.
Base location: GP Practice in North HSCP
Full driving licence is essential.
