As an Electrical Engineering Graduate, you will complete a two-year programme that supports you in gaining the experience and knowledge of working within the Power Industry. You will complete placements & project work supported by a network of managers and mentors.
- Electrical engineering degree or HNC/ONC at minimum

Full Driving License
As a graduate you will be provided with all relevant training. You will drive your own learning and development with guidance and coaching from your manager and colleagues. You will be supported on your journey towards professional membership of a relevant professional body.
