The Department of Organisation, Work and Technology at Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) invites applications from early career researchers for appointment to a Lectureship in Management and Organisation Studies. We are particularly interested in candidates with some evidence of high quality research outputs and with evidence of a capacity to deliver excellent teaching in areas related to the social dimensions of technology, human resource management and development, work, organisational change, and/or international management - at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In line with the department’s profile, we are seeking candidates with an interdisciplinary and critical orientation in both their teaching and their research.

The successful candidate will contribute to the intellectual life of the department and the school through excellence in research and teaching. They will have completed (or submitted for examination at time of application) a PhD and will have published at an international standard.
