As our team grows due to increased product demand, we have a great opportunity for candidates interested in a longer term career in Supply Chain, to come and join our Export team. You’ll already have a strong base knowledge of international logistics experience (to Middle East/Asia ideally) or you may have worked in an import role and would like to broaden your skills further.

About the Role:
Working within the wider UK Supply Chain team, the primary objective of the Export team is to provide exceptional levels of Customer Service and that OTIF/PFR targets are achieved. You will have a good awareness and understanding of GDP along with following current export rules and regulations and will develop outstanding relationships with both internal stakeholders, such as the Business Hubs, STADA Affiliates, Supply Chain, Customer Services, Quality, Regulatory as well as external stakeholders, particularly 3PL and international freight providers.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
- Processing of customer orders onto SAP in an accurate and timely manner and preparing the appropriate documentation needed for each destination country and dealing with appropriate bodies e.g. Chamber of Commerce
- Liaison with 3PL to arrange timely packing, collection and/or distribution of export orders ensure correct transportation conditions and documentation requirements are met.
- To communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding delivery schedules, outbound logistic plans and issues affecting timely supply to customers.

- Good understanding of GDP and export (and ideally imports) customs regulations including post-Brexit requirements
- Ideally degree qualified or professional accreditation highly desirable e.g. CILT, Institute of Export
- Ability to organise and prioritise the workload ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Customer focused approach with the ability to establish and develop highly effective business relationships with all key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
