Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experience?
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support an adult male with his complex care needs.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our service user is a gentleman in his early 40s, who requires assistance throughout the day and night on a 2:1 basis.
He already has a well-established care team in place and is now looking for someone who is reliable and experienced to join them in Darlington.
You will be supporting him with his care and social needs, which may include but are not limited to carrying out personal care, moving and repositioning and tracheostomy care.
Having previous complex care experience is desirable, however not essential as Apollo Home Healthcare offer enhanced training to help develop your current skill set.
Essential Experience Required
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
Desirable Experience
- Tracheostomy Care
- Ventilation Management
- Spinal Injury Awareness
- Oral suctioning
- Physiotherapy
We have the following shifts available;
- Part Time- 20-30 hours per week
- Days and Nights
- 10 hour shifts
Please note that training will be provided locally
We are also offering all new candidates a £150 Welcome Bonus
Take a look at our payrates Weekdays £11.00 per hour Approx. £110 per 10-hour shift
Weeknights £11.50 per hour Approx. £115 per 10-hour shift
Weekends £12.00 per hour Approx. £120 per 10- hour shifts
Bank Holiday £13.00 per hour Approx. £130 per 10- hour shift
