Overview:
Yoodee, a fascinating new app, is launching in July. In order to find, screen, onboard, and engage brand partners across the UK, we are looking for someone to join our marketing team. Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining relationships with content producers who are either nano or micro-influencers and who are currently producing local content on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and
Facebook.
What you will be doing (but not limited to):
- Work with the Social Media team and the Head of Marketing to develop and implement an effective content strategy for the Yoodee app, including identifying content opportunities that increase user retention.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with the Brand Partners to make sure their needs and wants are met and what will keep them motivated and enable them to consistently produce impactful content for the Yoodee app.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with Yoodee's internal and external stakeholder groups, including creative and PR agencies.
- Utilising marketing budgets efficiently to generate a high ROI.
- Negotiating terms and conditions for partnership agreements and contract renewals.
- Making sure that Brand Partners adhere to Yoodee's brand values and standards at all times.
- Assist with requests for partnerships and other queries that come through our social media channels.
- Establish target audiences and trends for Yoodee, gain an understanding of them, and create content strategies, including briefing our Brand Partners.
- Analyse content performance by breaking it down into different categories and regions, then suggest strategies to maximise impact for both Yoodee and our
Brand Partners.
Who you are:
- You will be accustomed to taking the lead on projects and have prior experience with influencer partnerships and social media.
- Strong background in objective reporting on KPIs and collaborating with social media influencers.
- Although not required, experience in content and collaborations on food and drink topics is preferred.
- Up to date on trends and well-versed in the influencer and social media sphere.
- Both commercially and artistically minded knowledge of YouTube, Twitter,
Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- A bonus is having extensive experience driving Facebook growth.
- Familiarity with the tactics and channels of online marketing including paid social.
- A strong ability to work both independently and cross-departmentally, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to communicate information and ideas both verbally and in writing.
- Be comfortable presenting ideas and results and have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a hands-on team player and be able to work within tight deadlines.
- Able to plan strategically and react tactically based on real-time data, business performance and opportunities to capitalise upon.
