Health systems support is now looking to increase thier team of permanent and contract trainers. We support Trusts that are embarking on programmes of clinical pathway transformation. We support exciting and challenging programmes to fundamentally change how health and care is delivered in a way that is both clinically and financially sustainable.
Job Purpose
To provide end user training to clinical & admin staff that clearly shows the system in a logical, workflow based manner and allows them to see the use of the system in context.
- Work with senior trainers to provide user feedback and recommendations for continuous improvements
- Use best training methodology and wealth of experience in response to barriers of understanding or acceptance faced by or from a wider Trust audience;
- Propose and implement changes to working practices and encourage and advise
- Report and issues with the training build to the nominated Senior trainer
- Work with senior trainers to ensure awareness of build development and changes.
- Be able to work well with ambiguity and and a rapidly changing environment
- Log issues as they arise and update administration systems accordingly. Liaise with colleagues and the supplier to achieve resolution and escalate unresolved issues.
- Be responsible for own area of work, working autonomously to plan and organise workload to meet multiple and often conflicting deadlines;
To be considered for this role, you will need to have systems training experience in a classroom environment. This role is available on a permanent or contract basis. Our permanent trainers need to be flexible on their working location. Please note this is to deliver classroom training and it is not a 'remote' position. We are currently looking for trainers to join us in speicific locations throughout the UK.
This role is subject to a DBS check.
