Job Description

CNWL recognises that good education and training resources which support staff and service developments are crucial in order to deliver the best care possible to service users. The Clinical Education team are seeking an Clinical Education Officer to become part of our valuable team to support staff in ensuring access to the training they needs to do their jobs safely, effectively and with confidence. The Clinical Education Officer will provide an efficient administrative, secretarial and organisational support to facilitate staffs access to training.

The post holder will support the Clinical Education Administration Manager in monitoring uptake of the Trusts commissioned educational courses. You will also liaise with HEIs & private suppliers to support individuals in accessing their CPD allowance, ensuring staff are able to deliver the most up to date evidence based care to service users.

The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an NHS Trust we strongly encourage and support vaccination as this remains the best way to protect yourself, your family, your colleagues and of course patients and service users when working on our healthcare settings.

Working Relationships
