Job Description
You will be asource of expertise in the field of Occupational Health.
The department is SEHQOHS accredited and has a MDT approach and the team includes OH Advisors, Physiotherapists, Admin staff, Manual Handing Team, In House Counsellors, EAP and Psychological Services.
The service is based over 4 sites, with departments at Royal Oldham Hospital, Fairfield General hospital and Salford Royal Hospital and extends the offer of some of these service to local providers.
- You will ensure the Northern Care Alliance (NCA) safely delivers its obligations to its employees
- Workwith Partnership agencies and professionals to deliver a first class Occupational Health and Wellbeing service
- Lead on the Health and Wellbeing agenda
- Assess prospective employees
- Promote and assist in maintaining the physical, mental and social well-being of all staff
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the NCA by working with and advising management and Human Resources on reducing staff absence and accidents
