Description

That Engineering Company Ltd design, manufacture and install bespoke machinery, including general engineering and servicing of plants within our Cambridge University sites. They are currently looking for a Welding apprentice to join their team.

Main Duties will include:

• Site Work – Servicing
• Workshop – Sheetmetal Fabrication
• Workshop – TIG, MIG and MMA Welding
• Day to day contact – Ollie Distill

• The learner will be studying the General Welder (arc processes) Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
• Day release to West Suffolk College.
• Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held.
