Job Description
Due to retirement the position of part-time Warden has become vacant at Holy Cross Care Village, near Heathfield.
We are looking for a reliable, responsible and caring person who has good communication skills and some basic computer skills.
You will be expected to respond quickly and confidently to any emergency you are called to by the residents of the 60 apartments across the site.
You will be expected to complete regular training including First Aid and the position will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
You will be expected to manage a small house-keeping team and will be a focal point for the residents.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating verious on-site activities and will liaise with our caterers on a day-to-day basis including arrangements of special events and functions.
