Maintenance of Traffic Signals and Maintenance Engineer
The suitable applicant will be invited to join a highly motivated and experienced team of engineers who install and maintain traffic signals across London. This is an opportunity to join a unique industry which requires a wide range of skills to be able to supply high risk safety critical services to our customers.
Our work covers planned and reactive maintenance work on the TFL traffic signal infrastructure 365 days of the year 24hrs a day. We provide a complete service from first attendance to make safe, diagnostic fault finding, excavation works, reinstatement, installation and repair of damaged equipment and installation and wiring of new computerised junction control and detection systems.
This is an all-weather outdoor working environment which can be physical demanding. Although training will be provided the suitable candidate will benefit by having a knowledge of electrical theory and experience in the highways environment and excavation works.
The successful applicant will ideally reside in Essex near the A13 or A127 corridor close to the M25. You will form part of a two-man team and will be required to read site drawings and specifications and have a logical approach to problem solving.

Salary: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
