Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist at Jagex, to provide a memorable and efficient reception service, ensuring anyone working, visiting or coming into contact with the office receives a positive impression.

This role is truly a manager in charge of first impressions, responsible for shaping the interactions that stakeholders have with the company.
This role is offered on a 30hr/week contract
Shift Pattern: Five days per week- 6 hours per day- 12-6pm or 11-5pm
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the reception desk, being the first point of call for all visitors and contractors and directing calls to the company
- Liaise with Munro Building Services in relation to unplanned or emergency maintenance needs
- Coordinate and manage cycle scheme appointments with Outspoken Cycle Services
- Act as a key point of contact for Facilities & Business Support
- Support department with completion of Helpdesk tickets
- Create, issue and manage ID cards for new starters/existing staff as required
- Management of mail room services including daily post and courier deliveries
- Support the department with on-site travel arrangements
- Manage both hot desk, meeting room and zone bookings, including room set-up, meeting materials and catering arrangements
- Work closely with IT to manage weekly shipping of new starter kits as well as adhoc shipments
- Be part of an ambitious and growing team, looking for innovative ways of working and continually improving the function
- Support with departmental monthly credit card reconciliation
- Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience & customer focused
- Pro-efficiency with Microsoft office suite
- Problem solver, able to use own initiative
- Excellent organisation skills
- Administrative experience
