We have an exciting opportunity for a Insight & Data Trainee Analyst to join our Team on a permanent basis.
You will be based in our state of the art offices in Leeds however we do offer agile working after successful completion of your probation period.
This a full time role and our working hours are Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:30.
Along with the competitive salary we also offer an annual bonus with this role
JOB ROLE:
- To support the Account Management team to achieve the departmental strategies and objectives: ‘A friendly team that delivers personal and high-quality experiences that are easy for our customers.', and to support the business as a whole to achieve organisational strategies and objectives.
- To support the Insight & Data Team strategies and objectives: ‘Providing insightful and innovative data solutions, using the best tools to make the complicated easy for everyone, from driver to director.'
- To support the wider Insight & Data Team to define, evolve and deliver ‘right first time' reporting and processes for P11D, payroll, management information, MyMiles, eligibility/HR files and data audit.
- The role is primarily a reporting role but will support a number of additional projects when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- To provide support to the Account Management teams, Customer Services Managers, CRM's and the wider business at all times.
- To provide support to the Insight & Data Team, Account Management teams, Customer Services Managers, CRM's and the wider business at all times.
- Assisting with P11D and payroll report checking before submission as required.
- To be responsible for system exception reporting (data audit) and provide support for any adhoc data management requirements.
- To liaise effectively with other areas of the business to communicate and resolve queries.
- Prioritise tasks and issues and ensure they are responded to and brought to a satisfactory conclusion within the agreed timescales.
- To be a point of reference and ensure accurate data loads and data checking.
- To escalate issues, difficulties and opportunities to the Insight & Data Manager promptly and appropriately.
- To proactively manage workload and deadlines.
