To assist with general duties in the Production Kitchen, Patient Services, Central Dishwashing area, Staff restaurant, Hospitality and associated areas when and as required.
Working as part of a team, the post holder will assist with the production, delivery and service of food to patients, visitors and/or staff. This will include cleaning of areas, equipment and materials used in providing service, operation of dishwashers and other catering equipment and adherence to all food safety policy, procedures and regulations.
