Brand Manager
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 depending on skills and experience

This is a unique opportunity to join a market leading business near Sheffield as a Brand Manager. You will define, develop, communicate and implement strategy for specific brands by involvement in business planning, development of agency briefs and the development of campaign materials and sales support which ensure achievement of sales and profit targets. Your role will be office based and going out with the sales team on occasions to meet with key retail clients.
You will have a marketing background from the FMCG sector with experience of dealing with key retail clients. This is the perfect opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager looking for their next career move in a dynamic and fast-moving environment with easy access from Sheffield, Leeds and Nottingham.
The candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing to define and implement the marketing strategy for the portfolio of brands in the UK & Internationally
ROLE INFORMATION:
Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand plans that demonstrate knowledge of trends, positioning, rationale, and the brand's role in the category.
Implement business strategy as part of the marketing team in line with overall business objectives.
Work in partnership with the digital team and digital agency to activate an effective and measurable plan which supports campaigns, product launches and key occasions across the year to keep the brand top of mind & relevant with our target audience.
Monitor brand performance, using sales, financial, market and consumer data.
Support the Head of Marketing to activate an effective and measurable PR plan.
Develop promotional strategies for brand portfolio to include:
Co-ordination and delivery of communication plan using marketing mix
Agency briefs leading to product campaigns
Working in partnership with product management to deliver an NPD plan from initial concepts through to design and copy writing.
To be recognised both internally and externally as the brand champion by driving forward brand initiatives through creative use of all available tools
Clearly communicate brand strategy throughout the organisation to ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams
