A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional Assistant Aftersales Manager at our busy RRG Toyota Bradford dealership, part of the highly successful RRG Group. This is a challenging role in a busy environment and would suit a proven Assistant Aftersales Manager or Senior Service Advisor who has the ability to make an immediate and sustainable impact as well as motivate and coach staff. The successful candidate will thrive on achieving demanding targets and be capable of leading and developing an already established team to surpass their own objectives. You will also have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the personality to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
