As a Test Engineering Manager in the Payment Security area, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality test strategy across various products and teams. This will involve understanding and aligning with the global technology strategies while enabling your teamβs own innovations and solutions within their specific product contexts.
You will be part of the Payment Security Leadership group, contributing to the ongoing management and evolution of this functional area. In addition, you will be part of the wider TE Leadership with an expectation of influencing and improving testing throughout the organization.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day Line Management of test engineers within NI teams, supporting their growth and development, blending their technical growth with personal development as a tester, and facilitating all official HR processes including performance reviews and compensation planning.
You will be a thought-leader responsible for providing vision and leadership to testers within NI Payment Security, enabling and inspiring them to maintain high quality, while challenging the status quo and improving all the time.
You will be expected to play a big role in the test engineering community within Belfast, fostering a culture of learning and developing the software testing craft.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
