Night Front Office Supervisor
Salary: £28,600 + Service Charge* (Conditions Apply*)

About the role
As Night Supervisor you will manage the Night Front Desk Team. You will ensure the highest levels of quality, service and standard adhered to, whilst conscientiously striving to raise the bar for service, consistency and operational excellence within the Front Desk team in line with the Andaz London Liverpool Street vision.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work.
- Responsible for all Front Office functions during the overnight shift.
- The role includes supervising and training Hosts and Door Hosts.
- Perform all tasks of the Front Office as needed to facilitate service.
- Review the arrival lists and organise the amenities and ensure that special requests are honoured whenever possible.
- Work with the Front Office Manager to optimise our room allocation
- Be able to take the lead during fire evacuations, fire drills, or other Health and Safety procedures
About you
The successful candidate will be have experience working in Opera.
Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment. You are passionate about working in large team and meeting new people and motivated to change and grow?
