Waste and Recycling Manager

Job Description

£30000 per annam

Permanent Position

We're looking to hear from experienced and passionate Recycling Professionals for a brand new exciting waste management project in Hull. Based within one of Hull largest and most successful companies, you will lead a brand new team tasked with implementing recycling initiatives across the production and warehouse functions, nurturing support and encouraging adoption from key personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Managing performance and compliance of external suppliers.

Developing initiatives to foster company wide adoption and buy in

Managing a small team of team leaders and operatives.

Developing excellent interdepartmental relations.

Analysis of recycling performance across a 2 shift system.

Looking at continuous improvement opportunities.
